Report Printing

The following instructions are for adjusting page margins or removing the header and footer that may appear when printing a web page. The method varies depending upon the browser.

Internet Explorer

  1. Open the File menu; if no File menu is visible, click the arrow next to the Printer icon; if no Printer icon is visible, click the Gear symbol and hover over the Print option.
  2. Click the “Page Setup” menu option.
  3. Adjust margins or remove the extra text that is added at the top and/or bottom of the page, set all the “Header” and “Footer” options to Empty.
  4. Click “OK”.

Firefox

  1. Open the File menu; if no File menu is visible, click the menu icon at the far right (“Open menu” description will show when hovering over the button) and click the Printer icon.
  2. Click the “Page Setup” menu option/button
  3. Click the “Margins & Header/Footer” tab.
  4. Select “-Blank-” on all six of the drop-down menus.
  5. Click “OK”.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu icon at the far right (“Customize and control Google Chrome” description will show when hovering over the button) and click the Printer icon.
  2. Click the “Print…” menu option
  3. Click the “More Settings” menu option
  4. Click the “Margins & Header/Footer” tab.
  5. Adjust the margins or adjust the “Headers and Footers” option to show or hide these
