Channels

Within your larger community, you probably have a smaller groups of contacts that you would like to communicate with.

In Sunergo Emails, these smaller groups of contacts are called Channels.

Creating a Channel #

1. From the Channels menu, select Create Channel.
2. Enter a name for the channel.
3. Select a brand kit for the channel. This ensures all emails in the channel have a consistent design.
4. Enter the contact information for the channel. You can also leave it blank to use your organization’s contact information.

Your channel is now created. Here are your next steps:

• Add subscribers
• Setup filters for your contacts
• Write an email

Want to create a different brand kit for your channel? Select the default kit first, then create a new one by changing the Brand Kit in Channel Settings.
