April 2025 #

• 🎉 In the Kids Campers report, you can now list the camp start date alongside the camp name.
• 🔧 We’ve fixed an issue that allowed cancelling a registration to a camp that is marked as not current.

March 2025 #

• ⭐ You can now get a list of all waivers signed using the Kids Campers Report.
• 🔧 Discount codes are now organized by active and expired.

• 🎉 In Advanced Forms, you can now search through form responses.
• 🎉 In Advanced Forms, we’ve added an option to print individual form responses.

• 🔧 In the Patron Portal, when making a payment, we will now default to the full amount when partial payments is enabled.

February 2024 #

• 🎉 Kids Campers Report now includes the “Registration ID”. This makes it easier to combine and compare with other reports as you can now use this unique identifier.
• 🔧 When using the List Segmentation Filter Report, you can now select the earliest camp year for the Year Attended field.
• 🔧 We’ve cleaned up some inconsistencies with error messages that appear while logging in to the Registration Portal.

January 2024 #

• 🎉 We’ve improved the Camp Registration Process!
  • The “My Cart” page replaces the previous “Where Next” page, and includes a list of current registrations in the cart.
  • Payment steps have been reorganized to make it easier to select a payment method, especially when “Someone else is paying/Third Party Payments” is available as a payment method.
• ⭐ In Advanced Form, responders can now respond with a file with the addition of the File Upload question.
• 🔧 We’ve refreshed the design of the Advanced Form Admin, including adding a link to the public form link.
• 🔧 When viewing the Current Registration Summary, you can now sort camps by date.
• 🔧 We’ve added waitlisted numbers for the Current Registration Summary.
• 🔧 Fixed an issue when adding a camper to a patron from Camp Admin. The “Insert most recent info” will no longer overwrite the camper name.

2023 #

July #

• 🎉 When printing kids camp receipts, you can now show all receipts for a specific camp at the same time.
• 🔧 You can now easily “Logon as” patron from the Patron Details page.

June #

• 🔧 The Third Party “Note to Camp” field can now be made a required field. Contact Sunergo Support to enable this feature.
• 🎉 In addition to customizing the label, you can now add additional notes for the medical fields. This will give you the opportunity to add additional descriptions to the field, while ensuring the label is easily readable. To customize, please contact Sunergo Support.
• 🔧 On the Dashboard, we’ve changed how the latest registrations list appears. If you’ve selected the latest updated registrations, your edits will now move those registrations to the top of the list.
• 🔧 We’ve fixed an issue with Signature Fields in Advanced Forms. You can now collect more than 1 signature in a single form.
• 🔧 We’ve fixed an issue with the Advanced Kids Camp Medical Report for Safari users.

• 🎉 You can customize your waiver based on the kids/family camp that the patron is registering for! The following placeholders will be replaced with information from the camp:
  • {{ camp_name }} = Camp Name
  • {{ start_date }} = Camp Start Date
  • {{ end_date }} = Camp End Date

• 🎉 When sending a Bulk Email, you’re now able to target registrations that are incomplete or stopped at payment.
• 🎉 When generating an Optional Item Report, you can now add Patron information to the table.
• 🔧 In the printable registration form, province/state checkboxes have been replaced with a written text field.
• 🔧 When sending a Bulk Email, you’ll now get a preview of the email addresses that are selected, as well as which ones are duplicated.
• 🔧 Registration Fee (pre-discount) amount has been added to the Kid Camp Balances Report
• 🔧 We’ve added the ability to customize the question asking if the camper is a returning camper. Contact our support team to replace the default question.

• 🔧 The Registration Login page has been cleaned up a bit to help patrons with registering faster.
• 🎉 The Registration Timeline Report has had a new coat of paint!
  • Hover over a year in the legend to highlight that year.
  • You can filter out years that you don’t want to see by clicking on the year.
  • The colours have been adjusted to have more contrast.
• 🔧 Mother/Father labels in the system can be customized now. To customize, please contact our support team.
• 🎉 We’ve added the camp waiver to the printable kids registration form.
• 🎉 If you collect Third Party Payments, you can collect additional information from the patron with a “Note” field, which will be sent to you when the payment has been submitted. To enable this option, please contact our support team.
• 🎉 When filling out Camper Information, the Photo Consent question can now be included as a separate section when there is more complex text that you need to include in the Photo Consent.
• 🎉 You can now see the number of campers in the waitlist at a glance from the Kids Camp List.
