Confirmation Emails

Our system tracks all automated emails sent out to patrons regarding their registrations.

To view or send an email:

  1. Go to the Registration Details for a specific camper.
  2. Select Send/View Confirmation Email in the Registration Actions list.

Any emails previously sent out by the system regarding the registration are listed in the Notification History section, along with the registration’s status at the time the email was sent.

Send a New Email

Use the New Confirmation Email section to send a new email to the patron. We’ll suggest email contents based on the template for the registration’s current status, but you can choose to edit the email by selecting Edit.

Once you select Send Email, the email will be sent immediately.
