Recovering My Password
This article will help you recover your password if you:
- Save your password to your browser or password manager, and
- Have not upgraded your tool-specific account to Sunergo Accounts.
When you upgrade to Sunergo Accounts, your browser or password manager may not be able to autofill your password.
Follow these instructions to recover your existing password:
I save passwords to my browser
Google Chrome
- Open this help article from Google Chrome Help.
- In the help article, select the device you are using.
- Scroll down to the section named: Show, edit, delete, or export saved passwords
- Follow the steps to show a saved password.
Microsoft Edge
- Select your Profile Picture in the top right corner of your Edge browser.
- Select Manage profile settings.
- Select Passwords.
- Select the eye icon next the saved password for Sunergo.
Apple Safari
- Open this help article from Apple Support and follow the instructions there.
- To view a password, hover over the password dots to view your password.
Firefox
Open this help article from Firefox Support and follow the instructions there to see the password.
Other Browsers
Please contact Sunergo Support to recover your password.
I use a password manager
iCloud Keychain
Open this help article from Apple Support and follow the instructions there.
1Password
- Open 1Password.
- In the “Search 1Password” field, look for your Sunergo tool.
- Select the Password field to copy the password.
- Paste the password into Sunergo Accounts.
LastPass
Open this help article from LastPass Support and follow the instructions there to see the password.
