Use the same email address for all Sunergo tools #

When you log in to each tool that you use, please confirm that your email address is correct.

If you’d like to use a single Sunergo Account to access all your Sunergo tools (even if they are part of other organizations), make sure to use the same email address. On October 25, 2022, we’ll use that email address to link your accounts together.

This change will make it easier for you to access all your Sunergo tools! After upgrading, you’ll only need to remember one email address and password to log in to all your Sunergo tools.

Create accounts for each individual user #

Sunergo provides unlimited user accounts for all of our tools! With User Groups, you can easily manage which individuals have access to what areas of the system.

• Shared accounts can appear to be easier to setup and less of a hassle to manage, but it also decreases the protection of your organization’s information.
• Only create shared accounts if absolutely necessary, and make sure to limit the permissions these accounts have access to. If you continue to use shared accounts, ensure the email address associated with the account is accessible by all shared users.

Remove old and unused accounts #

If you’re an admin user that has access to Users, make sure to remove users that are no longer part of your organization. Old accounts could be a potential security risk.

• User Groups should also be setup with limited permissions so that users only have access to what they need.

On October 25, 2022, accounts that have not been used in the past 2 years will automatically be removed from your system. You can simply invite these users to give them access to your tools again.

When you log in to any Sunergo tool, you will be guided through the simple process of upgrading to Sunergo Accounts. This process should only take a couple of minutes.

Here’s a video of the upgrade process:

1. You’ll be redirected to Sunergo Accounts to log in.
2. Use your existing, tool-specific username and password to log in.
3. Follow the instructions to:
   1. Verify your email address.
   2. Set a new password.

Have access to more than one Sunergo tool? #

1. Choose one tool to start the upgrade from.
2. Go to the usual login page for that tool.
3. Use your existing username and password for that tool when asked in Sunergo Accounts.

After Upgrading Your Account 🌠 #

You’ll use your new Sunergo Account to log in to all your Sunergo tools.

Your app-specific username and password will no longer work. You’ll need to use your new Sunergo Account email and password to login and access your Sunergo tools.
