Getting started with Sunergo Forms
Send forms and collect responses from your community with Sunergo Forms. The following guide will get you started building your first form.
1. Add a Form
To add a form, click the Create Form button and choose both a form name and the type of form you want to create. You cannot change the form type after you create a form.
Form Types
- Public: Public forms can be filled out by anyone and are accessed using one universal link
- Contacts: Contact forms must be sent directly to specific contacts. Each contact will be sent an individualized form link so responses get tied directly to them. Contact forms are only available if you have Church Tools.
