Getting Started
Send forms and collect responses from your community with Sunergo Forms. The following guide will get you started building your first form.
1. Add a Form
To add a form, click the Create Form button and choose a name for your form. Optionally, a form category and description can be added to your form.
2. Add Content to Your Form
Once a form has been created, it’s time to add content.
Content Types
- Questions – Used to retrieve information from the responder
- Action – Similar to questions but have the ability to run actions. Learn more about actions
- Presentation – Organize your content and guide users through your form with read-only text

3. Adjust Form Settings
Forms are very customizable and let you configure
- Category
- Link handle
- Availability
- Restrictions
- Response emailing
- Attached donation designation funds

4. Adjust Branding
The following can be changed to customize the appearance of your forms:
- Font
- Accent colour
- Logo image
To change these customizations, click on the Branding tab on the left sidebar. Branding settings apply to all your forms.

5. Send Out Form
Once your form is complete, you can send it out to your audience.
First, navigate to your form. You have two options from here:
- Click the Copy Link button on the top right to copy your form link to your clipboard. Any person with this link can access and fill out your form.
- Click the Send to Contacts button on the top right. From here, contacts can be selected and sent out an email containing their personalized link to the form.

6. View Responses
When responses start coming in, you can view them in the Responses tab in your form’s page.
Responses can be printed out and exported to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet file by clicking on the Export button in the Responses tab.
