Creating Forms
Form pages display a custom-built form that visitors can complete online. Common forms include contact forms which visitors can use to submit questions or comments. Submissions may be emailed to the person responsible and are also stored in the back-office for review.
Our Website Builder include two form types:
- Basic Forms include common contact form fields and a limited number of custom questions.
- Advanced forms are for more complex forms, include an unlimited number of questions, and include field types such as radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, and more.
Advanced Forms is an advanced feature in our Website Builder. Please contact us to request this feature for your website.
Creating Forms
To create a form, go to Content > Basic Forms or Advanced Forms from the Website Builder menu and select “Add New Form”.
- For Basics Forms, fill in the details of the form, select the desired form fields and then select Save at the bottom of the page.
- For Advanced Forms, fill in the details of the form and then select Choose Fields to select the desired form fields.
To include the form on your page, from the Sitemap, create a new page or set an existing page to the Form Page page type. Then select the desired form under the “Uses” field.
