Changing the Treasurer on Receipts

Learn how to update the treasurer name and signature on your giving receipts.

Overview

Changing the treasurer/signatory on receipts involves two parts: updating the name/title and updating the signature image.

Updating the Treasurer’s Name and Title

  1. Go to Admin > Church Information.
  2. Update the Treasurer’s Title field (e.g., “Treasurer”, “Financial Secretary”).
  3. Update the Treasurer’s Name field.
  4. Save your changes.

Updating the Signature Image

The signature image must be updated by Sunergo Support.

Prepare the Signature

  1. Scan the new treasurer’s signature as a JPEG, PNG or PDF file.
  2. Ensure the background is white (not grey).
  3. Use a high-resolution image.

Send to Sunergo Support

Email the signature image to support@sunergo.net.

Verify the Update

  1. Once Sunergo confirms the update, go to Giving > Receipts > View Sample Annual Receipt to verify.
  2. You may need to clear your browser cache to see the updated signature.
